PrettyPrint your Contacts with PrintMyNames

PrintMyNames is a professional and convenient app that allows you to easily print your contacts directly from your iPhone to your AirPrint enabled wireless printer. With PrintMyNames, you have complete control over what information is printed for each of your contacts. You can select specific data fields and data labels, including the entire 'Note' field. Additionally, you can choose between single-column or dual-column page formats and customize font color and size combinations.

If you don't have a wireless printer, don't worry! PrintMyNames has got you covered. You can use the 'Share Sheet' to send a PDF file via AirDrop or email to a desktop or laptop platform with a wired or wireless printer. This allows you to preview, manipulate, and print your contacts in various ways, such as scaling, duplexing, and orienting. PrintMyNames supports USLetter and A4 page sizes, as well as portrait and landscape page orientations in this PDF mode.

In addition to printing, PrintMyNames offers the option to create customized CSV files of your contacts that are suitable for spreadsheet applications like Apple Numbers or Microsoft Excel. All you have to do is double-click the CSV file to get started.

PrintMyNames also makes it incredibly easy to selectively print mailing labels from your contact list. You can choose from supported label sizes or even create a custom label size. Furthermore, you can effortlessly print postcards, envelopes, and index cards directly from your contacts.

One standout feature of PrintMyNames is the ability to selectively share your contact information. While the 'Share Contact' feature in Contacts may share all the information on a selected contact card, with PrintMyNames you can choose exactly what information you want to share. Whether it's just work phone numbers and company information, home addresses and thumbnail photos, or Facebook handles and email addresses, you have complete control over what gets shared. You can even share custom-labeled data that you have created. Sharing is done via VCF file through AirDrop, Mail, or Message.

In addition to all these printing and sharing features, PrintMyNames also offers several options for organizing and managing your contacts. You can print all of your contacts or filter them based on criteria such as company name, date range, iOS generated groups, name range, or note content. You also have the option to skip 'NameOnly' entries and omit 'DataField' labels when printing.

PrintMyNames allows you to print various addendums selectively. You can print a contacts directory, contacts grouped by a specific criterion (such as company or organization), contacts within a specific date range, contacts with photos, contacts with duplicates, and even contacts on mailing labels, postcards, envelopes, or index cards.

If you need to export your contacts to another device, PrintMyNames supports VirtualCardFormat (VCF). You can export all of your contacts or filtered subsets of contacts. Additionally, you can choose to export all fields or only specific fields like phones, emails, and addresses. You also have the option to export all field labels or selected field labels like home, work, or custom.

To keep your contact list organized and free of duplicates, PrintMyNames provides a helpful Merge & Purge feature that eliminates both intra-Contact and inter-Contact duplicates.

With PrintMyNames, you can even create, update, and remove contact groups directly on your iPhone without needing a cloud connection. The app also supports localized date/time formatting for a seamless user experience.

For ease of use and compatibility testing with your wireless printer, PrintMyNames offers a 'SAMPLE Page' option. This allows you to verify that your wireless printer is compatible and ensure the format of your printed contacts meets your expectations.
